Short Bio

 

Dagmar Reinerth was a research associate and PhD candidate at the Chair of Logistics Management from October 2015 to September 2018. As part of her PhD, she was on a three month research stay at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in industrial engineering and management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. She gained international academic experience as an exchange student at Linköping University, Sweden, and at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. During her studies she received a scholarship from the Foundation of German Business.

Dagmar Reinerth has gathered experience in the automotive, aviation, mechanical engineering, medical technology and banking industry. In these industries, she has worked in the fields of logistics, IT and production in the course of several internships and projects at a student-run management consultancy. Furthermore, she has worked as a teaching assistant at several chairs in the engineering and business sciences.

Her research interests include sustainable supply chain management, sustainability risks in supply chains, reputational risks and their impact on performance, consumer behavior vis-à-vis unsustainable supplier behavior, and supplier innovation.
